Each Easter I brace myself for the possibility that this may be the year that the kids are "too old" for egg coloring....... alas, another year with dyed fingertips and a dozen hardboiled eggs that nobody knows what to do with (except Mike of course --- homemade chicken salad). Mom & Dad where kind enough to make the long drive down for Easter and then stayed on to participate in Avery's first communion, which was the following week. We had a nice Easter Sunday, complete with ham and Mom's beer bread (yummy) as well as various Easter gifts --- including black jellybeans for Mom. It is always nice to visit with them and the kids are so very happy!
