We have once again been blessed with a healthy bundle of joy. Cole Hayes (Cole after Mike's sister Nicole; Hayes was my great-grandfather's first name) arrived this past Wednesday to an excited set of parents, grandparents and Big Sister Avery.
I was admitted on Tuesday after a routine doctor's visit for induction on Wednesday.... only one day off from work before baby Cole arrived --- better that way though (bedrest is a drag!). Thank you all for your prayers and support! We look forward to Cole meeting all of you soon.

Another future Purdue engineer in the making??? Avery was going to "figure out" the problem with Cole's swing. After much reflection, she determined it was the batteries, which indeed it was ---- that's my "almost 3 year old" girl (her birthday is 8/26).

Cole's room decor is a "cabin" theme complete with a bear/trout/canoe/campfire patchwork quilt, baby size cowboy hat and a stuffed animal in the shape of an owl!!

Grandma and Papa Londt came down to watch Avery --- they kept each other busy with many fun activities and numerous "Big Sister" presents! Mike and I REALLY appreciated their help, especially with daily trips to the doctor's office to check on Cole's jaundice levels.

Cooling off with Grandma.... average temp w/heat index was over 100 degrees!

Yummy.... cupcakes!
